Payment
Payment is required within 7 days of purchase, our preferred payment methods are:
Paypal: Payments should be sent to z.marks@btconnect.com
Credit/Debit Cards: Please ring 01691- 662671 to pay us direct
Cheque/Postal Orders: Please make payable to Textile Express, Please include a note of your user id or the item number with your payment

Combined Shipping
We offer combined shipping discount for all our customers buying multiple items, we allow 6 days in which to combine your order as full payment is required on the 7th day.
***** Please note - eBay have now changed the unpaid item procedure. They have now taken ownership of this and automatically send out a payment reminder 2 days after the sale date. *****
Combined shipping is calculated by paying full postage for the item with the highest priced postage and then just £1.00 postage for each additional item
***This combined shipping rate does not apply to items of furniture. Please request an invoice or contact us for a quotation as delivery costs will vary due to the weight and size of the parcel***
If you wish to combine your order please DO NOT pay for any items until you have finished shopping & requested a fully combined invoice

If you require delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or Southern & Northen Ireland please contact us for a quotation as delivery costs to theses areas vary due to the weight and size of the parcel

Shipping Methods
For Larger items we use NightFreight who provide us with a next working day insured delivery service to England, Wales, South & Central Scotland, Northern Ireland & Isle of Wight (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) Deliveries to Scotland can take 2-3 Days & Islands of Scotland take 4-5 Days
Please ensure that there is someone available to sign for the item at the provided delivery address as NightFreight will only attempt delivery twice before returning to sender
We are happy to send items to an alternative address from your EBay address to ensure prompt delivery, please provide required delivery address at the time of payment
For our smaller items we use Parcelforce 48 who provide us with an insured 48 hour delivery service (excluding Saturdays & Sundays)
Please ensure that there is someone available to sign for the item at the provided delivery address. We are happy to send items to an alternative address from your EBay address to ensure prompt delivery, please provide required delivery address at the time of payment
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email from Parcelforce which will provide you with your parcel tracking information
For much smaller and lighter items we use the Royal Mail small packet service, delivery time for this service is up to 3 days
**Please note if your order is returned to us because you have missed delivery a charge will be applicable to re-send, this charge will be the original cost of carriage*
Collection From Our Warehouse
Only “won” items can be collected & we only allow collections from our warehouse in Oswestry (not our shop). You can collect your items Tuesday to Friday only between the hours of 9am & 5pm, please call us beforehand on 01691-662671 to arrange
All orders must be collected within 28 days of purchase. If orders are not collected within this time frame then we will put them back into stock for resale. Orders already paid for will be refunded in full
** Please Note We Charge A £1 Handling Fee Per Item On Collections**
Returns & Refunds
You may return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange
The item must be returned in its original packaging & condition and be fit for resale
All postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is found to be faulty
Always retain a proof of postage when returning as we can not accept responsibility for items not received
Our view is that after 14 days our customer has taken ownership of their product and that fair wear & tear is not a fault
