What is Zaftig? Pronounced "Zahf-Tik", the dictionary says: Full-figured, rounded, plump, curvy, shapely, buxom, curvaceous, voluptuous, Rubenesque, BBW ....but whatever the official definition Zaftig-Clothing simply means: style, fit and choice for every plus-sized woman. I've always been frustrated by the lack of choice for women like me who are size 16+ and don't want to wear shapeless sacks! So I decided to do something about it and create Zaftig Clothing. TERMS & CONDITIONS Postage & Dispatch All items will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class post RECORDED within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment (please allow 5-7 working days for a cheque or e-cheque to clear) WE DO NOT POST ITEMS ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. We take full responsibility for your item until is has been delivered to you. In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn't arrive we will provide the tracking number and check on-line to see if there is any delivery information held by Royal Mail. Please note Royal Mail will not declare a parcel missing until the 15 day after posting. If your parcel doesn't arrive after that period, we will make a claim with Royal Mail and you will receive a refund or replacement item if one is available. No Quibble Returns A full refund will be given if the item is faulty. However, if you simply change your mind and want to return your item, for whatever reason, I will give you a refund less p&p, as long as the item is returned within 14 days and is in the original unworn condition, with any tags or labels still intact. For the purchase of underwear or hosiery or earrings I do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty. Delivery charges will not be refunded for unsuitable items and the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if the item isn't returned with the original packaging. When posting items back to us we advise that you purchase recorded delivery or obtain proof of posting. We are not responsible for any lost returned packages.
