Yourbig bras do not accept liability for the return of any goods.  Please ensure that when you return your item you obtain tracking or proof of posting.  Please note that we refund the cost of the item however we do not refund postage costs.   We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, All returns made after this period will be returned to the customer

IMPORTANT TIPS FOR BUYER OF BRA'S:

Every style and brand of lingerie fits slightly differently, so pay attention to the fit and appearance of every bra you try. Here are some tips:

• The underband of the bra should be firm enough around your body to grip to your rib cage and not slip or move when you are active.
• The front and back of the bra should sit at the same level around your body, and the back should not be pulled up higher by shortening the straps.
• The wires should be touching the rib cage at the centre front around the bust and at the underarm, the wire should not lean onto breast tissue. A firm enough under band should hold this in place on the ribs.
• Your breasts should not be bulging over the cups and the cups should not have any loose fabric either.

delivery:

1. All items are sent via Royal Mail and proof of postage is kept on file for YOUR protection as you have paid Royal mail for its postage services.
2. If your item has not arrived within 7 days please call ROYAL MAIL Enquiry/ Delivery Office by phoning 0845 6050767. This automated service will give you the address and opening hours of your nearest Delivery Office or Enquiry Office where your item maybe if nobody was at home when your package arrived. If the item is not there we will process a claim form to establish where your item is

VERY IMPORTANT FOR RETURNS

Where the item is returned to us in a used condition we will not issue a refund. Any items that have been worn, washed, marked, affected by odours including cigarette smoke, had any tags removed or are not in the original packaging are non-returnable.

My item has gone missing in the post! It is our responsibility for all items until you receive them and your responsibility if you return item(s) for exchange or refund until we receive them. In either event, missing post is ALWAYS investigated. Royal Mail require a 14 day period to elapse before an investigation is launched. If UpperCup confirm that we have dispatched an item (you receive an automated email confirming dispatch) and it doesn't arrive within 48 hours then please take the following action: 1. Check with anyone else living at your house 2. Check with neighbours who may have taken the item in whilst you were out 3. Check with the postman/woman 4. Check for any cards left by Royal Mail informing you that they were unable to deliver the item 5. Check with your local Sorting office 6. Once you have done all of the above, inform us. We will then inform Royal Mail and we will be required to pass on to them your details so they can launch an investigation.

Lost items

Occasionally items do get lost in the post. However we obtain proof of postage for EVERY item sent and all items are insured against loss. In the event of a lost item we will send a replacement as long as we have one or offer a refund / exchange

Items sent by Royal Mail are not considered lost until 14 working days have passed

Items sent by Airmail are not considered lost until 25 working days have passed

Items sent by courier are fully trackable and therefore should be able to be tracked in the event of non delivery

RETURNS:

Should you find your order is not the desired fit, please proceed to return this via the return section on your ebay listing.    Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and only accepted if received in perfect tagged condition.  Orders returned with tags removed or with any damage will be returned to the customer.   Please ensure that your order is returned with a note including name and item number reference. 

 Return of Faulty Goods

If you feel an item we've sent you is faulty, please get in touch. We may ask you to return it to us so that we can investigate the fault, before contacting you again to agree the best resolution

EasiPack will not be responsibe for delays or non delivery by postal or courier services so long as we have dispatched fully paid orders within the stated working times, and hold a certificate of posting or proof of shipment. All claims for non delivery must be substantiated with an e-mail claim, stating value of order, order date, delivery address and full name. This will be submitted with any claim should the need arise.

We are committed to seeing every transaction through to a successful conclusion. Should you find our products or service are not to your satisfaction, please give us the opportunity to resolve the situation before considering leaving us anything other than positive feedback.

Import Duty,Taxes and Customs

You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. The amount of duty-if any depends on the type of goods and their value. Some items can be imported withour paying any duty at all.

Any additional charge for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these costs so cannot predict what they might be.

Important This is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods(excluding shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union.

Returning goods on which duty has been paid

If you have paid import duty for goods recieved & subsequently return the goods to us,it should be possible to reclaim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. For you to claim,show proof of duty paid and export proof(eg Certificate of Posting) in claiming your refund.

They’ll help find the right size and style for you. You should get fitted every six months. Our bodies change all the time, so it’s really important to keep checking your bra size

SHIPPING TERMS:

All our items are in stock and we despatch within 12/24 working hours.   Orders are posted by standard first class post or overseas airmail unless otherwise requested.  Should you require insurance or tracking for your parcel there will be a small extra charge, please email us for this to be added before you proceed to checkout.   Delivery of UK orders can be expected within 3/4 working days (excluding weekend and bank holidays)

For UK deliveries

If you are not in at the time of delivery of your package, or the package is too large to fit through the letterbox. Don’t worry! The postman will leave a card asking you to collect your package from your local post depot (You will need to take proof of identification and the card to collect your item). If you are unsure contact the courier direct as you may be able to arrange a re-delivery.  Parcels are sometims left with a neighbour if you were out when delivery was attempted
