Payment

PAYPAL only please for all orders.

Payment to be made within 7 days of Auction or Buy It Now end, unless bidding on other items. Please notify if this is the case.

Postage and packaging

Please refer to individual item listings for postage costs and method of delivery.

All items are carefully checked prior to dispatch and sent as securely as possible. We endeavour to keep packaging costs to a minimum and re-cycled materials may be used where possible.

Combining items

A saving in postage is available by combining two or more items,  although most items now come with FREE P&P.

If you are bidding on other items, please let us know, and we will hold items for up to 7 days to combine postage.

If you win multiple auctions, then we will contact you with a combined total.

Returns

All goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items are to be sent back in the same condition as received.

Buyer to pay all postage costs.

Please contact within the first 7 days of your intention to return.

Feedback and Non-payment

If payment is not received then the Item will be forfeited, re-listed and a Non-Paying Bidder alert filed with Ebay.

Every effort is taken to give accurate descriptions and clear images of the items for sale. Sizes and colours may vary ever so slightly given the nature of some of the items.

Feedback is given once feedback is received so that we know that you are happy with your item. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us and let us sort out the problem.
