Delivery
▪ Orders are posted same working day if cleared payment is received before 2pm
▪ Items are sent via Royal Mail, please email if you're in a rush and require Special Delivery
▪ We will replace items lost in the post, please wait 5 working days before emailing us
▪ In the case of strike action, items may take a little longer, Royal Mail class an item as "lost" only after 15 days

Returns & Refunds
▪ If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email us
▪ No quibbles guarantee -we accept returns within 14 days for ANY reason
▪ Return postage will only be refunded if we there is a problem with your purchase
