Packaging
Item will be extremely well packaged for posting. Please see our feedback for many positive feedback comments about our packaging. Your parcel will be packaged using copious amounts of bubblewrap & polystyrene. We are very experienced in packing fragile items securely to prevent damage in transit. Shipping charges are at cost - we make no charge for packaging materials.
Items damaged in transit
On the rare occasion that an item should become damaged during transit then the packaging & item will need to be provided - so please do not dispose of the packaging.
Insurance for loss & damage in transit is included for all items.
Shipping information
All items are sent tracked & with proof of delivery. Please refer to the individual listing for details on that item. Our shipping costs are kept as low as possbile - we do not make profit from shipping charges.
A postage discount may be applied for multiple purchases. In order for this to apply then items must be paid for on one single invoice. Please email for details
Items will be sent out within 2 working (business) days of cleared payment. Any payments made by cheque will be posted out once the cheque has cleared – please allow 10 working days for this (as we are in France it takes a few days for cheques to get back into the UK banking system). We always email to inform you when payment is received and when the item will be posted out.
On the rare occasion that an item is lost in transit then compensation needs to be claimed from the carrier. Please allow 20 working (business) days for your item to arrive. If an item does not arrive within this timescale we will provide a full refund - you will need to ask us for a lost in post form & return this to us, then we will process your full refund. All items are sent by a tracked method with proof of delivery.
If any item is returned to us as 'not collected' then there will be an additional postage charge to re-send the item.
Items sent outside of the European Union
Any customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask us to mark items as a 'gift' or at a lower cost then they actually are - we are legally obliged to declare all values.
Paypal payments
Paypal is accepted from all buyers.
Bank transfers
Any charges incurred in a bank transfer are the responsibilty of the buyer. If a payment is received minus the charges then the outstanding amount will be requested & the purchase not posted until the rest of the payment is received. Buyers within the EU - please make your transfers in euros (use the current days exchange rate or please ask us for details of the rate).
Cheques & postal orders
We can accept cheques & postal orders drawn on either a UK or French bank account. If they are drawn on a French account then these must be in euros (please use that days current exchange rate for the conversion or contact us for a conversion)
Returns policy
Please see our feedback for comments on our integrity. We try my best to advertise items as honestly as we can and only sell items we would be happy to receive ourselves. However - if you receive your item & then decide you dont want it (for whatever reason), please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a refund. We will then ask you to return the item & once it is received back in the same condition your refund will be made. Refunds are provided in the same way as the original payment was received. The item MUST be returned in the same condition & in the same, original packaging. We strongly advise that you send back by a tracked & insured method as we can take no resposiblity for damage or loss in transit in this situation.
