Hello and welcome to our ‘About Me’ page. The Rug House is a family run business which has been trading for over 20 years. We believe in quality rugs at low prices, and have rugs to suit all tastes and budgets. We stock a large range of rugs including traditional rugs, ultra modern rugs and runners in a vast array of sizes. So if it’s a funky, asymmetric fuchsia rug or a traditional cream floral rug you’re looking for, we’re sure to have it.

Payment and Delivery

We accept payment via Paypal, credit card, postal order or cheque although rugs will not be dispatched until the cheque/postal order has cleared. As part of our commitment to great value for all our customers, when purchasing more than one rug we charge just £ 2.00 postage for each additional rug purchased.

We deliver to Northern Ireland, the UK Mainland, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland. If you require delivery to UK Non-Mainland, please contact us first. We can also dispatch rugs to European destinations but you must contact us first in order to obtain a delivery quote. We normally dispatch to you the next working day after payment is cleared.

Return Policy

We endeavour to provide the best service possible to all our customers but if you are unhappy with your rug simply return it for a full refund of the purchase price. All we ask is that the rug is returned in the same condition that it was delivered. We cannot refund the delivery or return postage costs.
