Our high volume mail order distribution process allows us to offer potentially up to 90% off retail value. We are able to ship our products almost anywhere in the world and our large scale buying power ensures the best possible prices.
Our Objective:
As a company, we are primarily online retailers, with our main objective being to offer consumers a wide range of high quality goods at great savings over retail prices. We are a medium sized mail order company and have custom warehouses kitted out, exactly for this purpose.
Logistics:
Situated in south London in the U.K, we have an advanced efficient mail order warehouse set up, which allows us to send out almost any size package, using one of many different courier companies, dependant on weight, where the items are destined for and the level and speed of service required. On the whole, for smaller items we use Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery and for larger and heavier items we've found it generally more effective to send these items out using selected couriers.

Checking out with us
As part of our mission to offer you the customer, an easier and more
efficient
buying experience we have developed a custom checkout system for your eBay purchases. Once you have won an auction, simply log into your eBay account as usual and at the top of the page, click on the "my eBay" button. This should bring up the items you have won, simply click on the items you have won where it says buy now. You should then be taken across to our checkout system which will automatically take your address registered with eBay and use this as your delivery address. If your eBay address is out of date, you will need to change the delivery address in our checkout (and
preferably
in your eBay account, whenever you can) to a suitable one. Please make sure your email address is also up to date; if you think you may not have received any emails from us, (we send out confirmation emails with tracking number and the like...) it may be worth checking your email junk filter.
Please note: All items we send out will require a signature on delivery and as such, please make sure your address is
appropriate.
Once you've confirmed your details, you will then be given a choice of how you'd like to pay. Depending on where you are based and which user ID you won the item from, you can pay for the item with whichever payment method is most convenient to you. Once the item is paid for, we will then send it out to you within 2 working days. Payment options:

If you are the winning bidder for this item you will be sent an email from Watches2u within 1 hour following the close of the auction. The email will contain a link to our checkout site. In order to complete the transaction you must click on the link, or copy and paste the URL into the browser address window. It is then a simple process to checkout of the shopping cart.

We can only combine postage when all the items are paid for with a single payment; if you have won an item and would like to combine it with another auction item which has yet to finish, simply wait for both auctions to finish before checking your items out.
Winning items will be sent within 2 working days of cleared funds being received.
If the shipment is returned to us and it is a clear error by the buyer for whatever reason we expect the buyer to pay the cost of the repeated shipping cost BEFORE attempting to ship again. Watches2u will only cover the second delivery charge when it is a clear error by Watches2u.
Terms & Conditions Placing a Bid:
Please be aware that by bidding on this auction or purchasing goods from a "Buy it Now offer" you are entering into a legally binding contract with Watches2u. Please make sure that you are happy with all of the terms and conditions before placing a bid. If you do win one of our auctions we advise that it is usually best to pay for the item as soon as possible.
Non Paying Bidders:
If payment is not received within 7 working days the item may be
re-listed
and a Non paying bidder alert will be filed against you and negative feedback may be left. Our system is automated and we start to send warning emails after just a few days. These emails will stop as soon as we have
received
payment.
Warranty/Returns:
Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis. If the item is found to have a fault on arrival we will replace it for you free of charge if we are informed WITHIN 10 days of the end of the Auction/Buy it Now. Watches2u does not provide any guarantee in addition to the original warranty supplied by the manufacturer and after the 10 day period ALL warranty issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please be aware that if a product is returned as faulty and no fault is found the item will be held until payment is received for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of eBay, unfortunately refunds are strictly not available. Please make sure you are bidding on the correct item before placing a bid. We aim to answer emails during office hours within 30 minutes so please ask any relevant question before buying as we cannot correct mistakes once the Auction/Buy it Now has ended. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Collections:
We are a mail order company and as such collections are unfortunately not available.
Feedback:
Our system automatically leaves feedback once it has been left for us. Please do not email us asking for feedback as it will not be left manually under any circumstances. We wait for your feedback so that we know the transaction has been completed.
