Are you're parts Genuine as you state?
A. We predominantely sell Genuine VW and Audi parts as advertised in our auctions.
Q. What is the safest method of payment?
A. We prefer you to pay via your Credit Card as this means we can use the highest level of protection for both parties within the transaction and also means you personally have additional levels of protection with your Credit Card company.
Q. What Delivery companies do you use?
A. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to get your items to you safely but also at the least cost to you. Our Package and Postal charges are as accurate as possible but please note they do take into account the incurred costs of protection and insurance during transit.
Q. Are collections possible?
A. We've just opened our new premises in Norwich. Collections are possible by pre arrangement.
