POSTAGE SECURITY
Everything is sent out with a Royal Mail proof of postage/certificate of posting, this covers the value up to 7.Special Delivery, extra compensation or registered post is extra usually about depending on the value.
Outside of England items (under 2 kilos) go Airmail Small Packet or Airmail Printed Papers.
Please contact me first for rates to other countries or details of other methods of delivery. Surface Mail or Fedex perhaps?
PACKING
We pack all vinyl using either proper LP mailers with two reinforcers or substantial two-ply fruit box cardboard with the ridges of the front
and back sheets going in different directions. We have posted hundreds of things and have never had an item arrive broken. Smaller things we put into jiffy bags/padded mailers.
DELIVERY
Things are usually sent out within a couple of days of your payment arriving.We will try to E Mail you when things have been sent/money has arrived (especially if you risk cash)..
Track your item? You can email a few days after sending payment to see if it has been sent. If an item has been insured we can give you the post office tracking code number.
Estimated maximum delivery is; Inland 10 days, overseas 14 days.
GUARANTEE
We want you to be happy with your purchases.We sell only things which are in very good condition or better.
Very occasionally we list a very rare item which may be in a lesser condition, the listing will state this.
We will try and answer any questions you have about an item:
oes it have orky prime cutscratched in the run out groovesOR oes the hallmark have an M before the crownetc.).
If for any reason
you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we will sort out a replacement or a refund.
Obviously we will refund the money you
sent us if you return the item.
Very rarely items do get lost or stolen in the post or here - or not logged out; we apologise in advance if this should happen to you.
Remember to say what you have ordered with your payment and include your address - some people don!
These following two warnings are for the ebay timewasters who, we estimate, make up about 5% of the ebay community.
1. Please do not bid
before you know what you are bidding on.
2. If someone doesn't pay then, as we don't enjoy being messed about, and would like to stop
