I am a totally housebound lady who loves cross stitching, knitting sewing and many other crafts. I love Ebaying and discovered it a great way to communicate with lots of really nice people. I have a husband, 2 daughters, 2 lovely grandaughters and a lovely grandson with whom I love spending time.

 

Some people have been enquiring to the difference in sizes from U.S.  to U.K. yarns.  Here are a few which may help.

Fingering Weight Yarn - 4 ply

Sport Weight Yarn - Double Knitting (DK)

Lace - 2 ply

Worsted Weight Yarn - 10 ply or Aran.

Sock/Baby - 3 ply.
