New product orders, which are available only through Vector independent sales representatives are submitted to the company for processing and shipped directly to the consumer.  Vector sales representatives are not permitted to sell Cutco products through Internet auction services.  This act of selling or advertising through internet forums, such as E-Bay, is a violation of the contractual agreement between the independent sales representative and Vector Marketing Corporation.

The trade names, trademarks, service names and service marks for utcoand ectorare owned by Alcas Corporation.  The use of trade names, trademarks, service names and service marks for utcoand ectorshall only be permitted for the sale of product on a direct, face to face, in-home basis.  The use of these corporate properties for any other purpose or in electronic media is prohibited without prior written approval from the Corporation.  Further, the use of photos (including links to photos and/or corporate web sites) and company product descriptions for internet auctions is not permitted.

As a member of the VERO program, our company will monitor E-Bay auctions.  Any auctions found to be in violation of this policy will be cancelled.  At the time of cancellation a reference to this page will be provided along with our contact information.
