Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery and Returns policy Urban Attitude carefully selects its products and hopes you will be happy with your Purchase. However there be times when you feel you need to return an item to us. Unwanted items If within 10 days of ordering you are unhappy with your item/s you may return then to us at your own cost. Item/s must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Any postal charges incurred for the return of the goods cannot be refunded. Under the distance selling regulations act, you have the right to return your goods within 7 days of receiving the order for a full refund. Urban Attitude will not be held accountable for the collection of goods, in such a case this must be arranged and paid for by yourself, the customer. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been despatched, but before it has been received then you will be liable for the initial postal charge.
