• Postal insurance is included for all shipments against loses or damage good. (100% covered)
• Buyer must report to us within 24-48 hours after they received the damaged parcel. (after 48 hours claims can not be filed).
• Combine postage is available for all item, please email us the list with item#s.
• Most postal service will try deliver the item 3 times, if no one is home or buyer refuse the shipment, we will charge the fee again for reshipping.
• Wrong address or old address not updated on your paypal account and result in none-delivery is buyer's responsibility.

POSTAL FRAUD:

• Filing false paypal claim buyer will be reported to ebay and paypal.
• Filing false none-receiving shipment will be prosecuted, report to collection agency, ebay, paypal, local police and online Fraud center.
