Delivery information
All items are posted in secure, discreet, plain packaging. Special delivery items will be dispatched within 1 working day. For recorded/1st class items - during busier times please allow 2 working days for dispatch unless otherwise stated. Please note recorded/1st class items normally arrive within 1-5 working days however we can only garauntee delivery time on special next day delivery items. Courier services are now also offered in light of royal mail strikes. These hold a garaunteed delivery time as stated please ask if unsure. We post daily Mon-Fri so please advise via Ebay if you require an item quickly. Please ensure you choose a trackable service if postal insurance is required, Royal mail do not class an item as missing until after 15 working days(UK) and 21 working days(NON UK), if an item doesnt arrive we will submit a claim on your behalf as items sent via trackable services are insured for loss. Please be patient as this is terms of Royal mail which can be verified on there website. I always mantain proof of postage for all transactions.
Return policy
Only fixed price items can be returned for refund if they meet all terms below. All items must be returned within 7 days. Returns to be informed via Ebay messaging prior to returning, items must be returned in original packaging with no signs of wear or smell of smoke, perfume etc within 7 days. After return is recieved we will send you a cancellation agreement via Ebay which must be completed prior to rfund being processed. Refunds may take up to a maximum of 14 days. Auction items are returnable for exchange only if faulty. exchange would be for same item/same size. Lingerie & hoisery items are exempt in accordance with distance seller & hygiene regulations. We advise you return using a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for returns which do not arrive.
