Hello, my name is Denis, 46 years old and I own this shop where I sell PC parts and components, books and a few other bits and bobs every now and then.  I am a Chemical Engineer by training but have worked in the last 15 years or so in the IT industry as IT Manager and currently as a Database Manager in London.

My shop is based entirely around you, my customer and driven by one simple philosophy - TRUST.  I strongly believe in the goodness of the human race and therefore implicitly trust you to do good.  When you buy an item from me and pay for it, I immediately drop you an email to acknowledge with thanks, your payment and also leave you a Positive Feedback and believe very completely that you would reciprocate this when you receive the item, as described in the listing and in good condition.  And I believe too that being inherently good, you would not complain unless there was really an issue to address.  And whatever it is, you can be rest assured that I'll do whatever that is humanly possible to resolve any problem.  And at every stage, I keep you well informed of where we are with the sale. How do I make payment for my item?

• We'll send you an email after you have confirmed your order. Click on the 'Pay Now' button in this email.

• UK Customers:  I accept PayPal (with no surcharge to you), Cheques, Postal or Money Orders.

• Customers outside the UK:  I accept PayPal only.

How do you ship my orders?

• We are based in the United Kingdom and ship mainly using Royal Mail. All postage costs includes handing and shipping materials costs.

• Shipping will be combined on multiple buys with some discount to you if all items are paid for in a single payment.  The eBay checkout facility (Pay Now Button) will calculate this saving for you.

• Unless otherwise stated, items cannot be picked up even if you live local as our storage site is sometimes different from our business address.

• By default, all Overseas orders will be sent via Royal Mail.

Is there warranty on my item?

• We offer a 30-day return to base warranty. This warranty covers hardware malfunctions only, so we will not refund customers who have bought the wrong goods.

• Returned goods will be inspected by us and upon confirmation of fault, we will offer a replacement item, if one is available.

• If we cannot replace the item, we will give a refund.

• If we find that the item is not faulty, we will ask you to pay 0 for our Engineer's time and also to pay for Postage & Packaging to send the goods back to you.

What's the Returns and Exchange policy?

• FAULTY GOODS - All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us carriage paid within 7 days of receipt of goods. The goods will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

• NON FAULTY GOODS - We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in original packing and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

• RETURNS FOR REFUND - Goods  must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price less a 25% restocking fee will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.

When can I expect a feedback on this transaction?

• I always leave you a Positive Feedback upon receipt of your payment and hope that you would do the same when you receive your item(s).

• Before considering leaving us anything other than a Positive feedback, please give us a reasonable chance to resolve any issue that you may have. Be rest assured that we are dedicated to seeing every transaction through to a successful conclusion.
