We are a
husband and wife team, buying and selling on e-bay since 2002.
Our aim is
to give a friendly, efficient service to all of our customers.
We sell
Giftware, DVD's and the odd video.
Everything we sell we have in stock, ready for immediate posting upon cleared
payment. We post daily, with the exception of Sundays and Bank Holidays,
so you should receive your items very quickly. We try to post items purchased
and paid for by 3.45p.m. on the same day (10a.m. on Saturdays), if unable, we post
next day!

DVD'S
The DVD's
we sell are Region 2 for play on European DVD players. Due to the
incompatibility on other DVD players, we do not sell to any other countries.
The DVD's are all obtained from one of the U.K.'s leading wholesalers and are
all brand new**(see below). The majority are factory sealed, but on occasions some are not.
This does not reflect the fact that they are still brand new and never viewed.
** We now
have a section of ex-rental/used DVD's for those who wish to take the cheaper
option in
buying DVD's. Only DVD's in this section are used, the remainder are still
brand new.

GIFTWARE
We also
sell a range of Giftware from the slightly unusual to the perfect gift for
someone special. We are always happy to combine multiple purchases to save
on postage and packing where possible. If you would like to purchase more
than one item, please e-mail to let us know exactly what you want - we will then
give you the cost of the combined p&p. Due to the size and shape of
some of our Giftware, it is not always cheaper or possible to combine, but we
will endeavor to give you the best option.

MAKATON
NURSERY RHYMES DVD
We also
sell the ever popular Makaton Nursery Rhymes DVD, with Dave Benson-Phillips
singing and signing a variety of nursery rhymes. This has a special
meaning to us as the video proved invaluable to our children when learning to use
Makaton Sign Language. Our eldest Son has Down's syndrome and uses Makaton
for communication on a daily basis. When younger, he loved the tape and
started to pick up the signs with ease - his brother and sister also enjoyed it
and were quick to learn the Makaton.

RETURNS POLICY
Items damaged, faulty or not
as described must be returned within 14 days of receipt. FIRST,
please e-mail us immediately for a "Returns Authorisation
Code". Return using an on-line trackable method, e.g. Recorded
Delivery.
As soon as "returns" are received by us, upon inspection a FULL
refund (including return postage) will be given. If the item DOES
NOT HAVE A FAULT only the cost will be refunded (i.e. you will not be
refunded the original p&p or the "returns" p&p).

If you simply change
your mind and wish to return an item please do so within 14 days of
receipt. FIRST, please e-mail us immediately for a "Returns
Authorisation Code". Return using an on-line trackable method. All
returns must be in sent back in the original, un-opened packing
ready for re-sale. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will
receive a refund of the cost only. i.e. you will NOT receive a refund for
the original or return postage and packing costs.
This only applies to the Giftware section as all Media cannot be returned
i.e. DVD's/CD's.

Our Postage and Packing fees
are always stated in the listing (except combined p&p for multiple
purchases). The fees include the cost of postage, packing and
handling.
We are mail order only, therefore we DO NOT provide a collection service.
