Who is Trance-Elbow?

I'm just an ordinary bloke who discovered eBay just over a year ago.
Now I can't keep away from it, which annoys my Wife intensely.

You could say I'm an eBayholic 8-)

I sell a variety of items, including,

  • E-Books
  • Real Books
  • New & Used Computer Parts
  • Ornaments
  • and all sorts of other items.

I also go to extreme lengths to make sure that my customers are happy. Just check my feedback.

Auction Sales Policy:

Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 5 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the my sole discretion.

Shipping Details:

All shipping originates from the UK. Shipment will be by Royal Mail. Some larger items may be shipped via Parcel Force or similar. Orders are generally shipped within 2 days after full payment.

  • Cash in Pounds Sterling (Sent At Buyers Risk)
  • You may pay cash-on-collection by prior arrangement

Returns:

If an item is faulty on arrival, I will refund the full purchase price once you have returned it to me. All items included in the purchase must be returned. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. Software sales are not refundable.
