MY RETURNS POLICY - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

On Auction Listings I will accept Returns and a Credit Note will be issued for the winning bid if I am Unable to Exchange the Item for a Different Size Etc. Postage costs are Non-Refundable. Credit Notes are Valid for a Period of 6 Months from the Date of Issue & This will be E-Mailed to you upon receipt by me of the item. They work exactly the same as a Store Credit Note/Vouchers.

On Buy It Nows, under Distant Selling Laws, a Refund Will be given, if necessary, but the Item must be returned to me within 7 Days from the Date I Sent it out & in EXACTLY the same condition as it left me, tags intact, no smells of smoke or perfume etc.

ALL Items must be returned via a Trackable Method as your proof that the item was returned successfully.

The Key to All Successful Transaction on E-Bay is COMMUNICATION. Both Parties are responsible for Communicating with Each Other. If you are in any way not satisfied with any part of the transaction then please e-mail me as Im always happy to help.

Any Insured Items Have To Be Signed For. If No One Is Available to Sign For the Item then a Card is Usually Left (occasionally They Dont do this - Trust Me It Does happen!!) & The Item Will Be Taken to your Local Sorting Office.

If The Item is Not Collected From your Local Sorting Office Within 7 Days The Item Will Be Returned To Me. I Will Notify you if this is Done & Postage Will Have to be Re-Paid by the Buyer to Have the Item Re-Sent. Items can Take Up To 3 Weeks to Be Returned To Me.

When Sending Me a Message Via E-Mail Can ALL Messages Be Sent Through E-BAY MESSAGES Please as Messages sent through my Personal E-Mail Do Not Always Get To Me & Can Go Straight Into My Spam Box. I Respond Within 24 Hours (Usually within a Few Hours) To All E-Mails Sent Through E-Bay Messages. Many Thanks.
