- I`m based in Farsley , close to Pudsey , in Leeds , LS28 .... my business name is TPOLONY .
- Thanks for coming to my ME page and for looking at my auctions .... as you can see , I specialise in photographic equipment , all second hand , tested and sold with accurate descriptions and postal charges .
- My stock is kept at a lock up - office complex where I operate during the day , not at my Farsley business address which is the one I have to register with ebay / IR and TS , this means I cannot allow home collection , the stock is 4 miles away in Bradford and I`m not insured for visitors at either address so it`s a no go .... there may also be a delay in answering specific detailed technical questions as I might be at home when I get the question and the item will be over at the office .... that said I can answer most off the top of my head because the answer is usually in the picture or the description details .
- I have a very aggressive customer service policy , I want it right , you happy , me paid , 5 stars all round ....... all nice and fast , it`s not easy keeping the star ratings and the feedback % high when you have lots of issues completely outside of your control hammering away at your stats so please , if you read this and place a winning bid , show your appreciation for our efforts , it`s worth almost the same as the money to us ! .
- I`m a full time trader , registered with the Inland Revenue & Trading Standards .
- If you buy and pay for one of my items , it`s posted fast , within 24 hours , we post at 9am every WEEKDAY , on weekends we are out buying so no saturday posting .
- We don`t have a ` woe is me ` refund policy where we assume the buyer is a idiot or a scammer , if it`s not right , we refund and because it`s our fault , we have to bear the cost .
- If it`s not there when you think it should be , check our auction page for the Royal Mail lead time for the service you have paid for before contacting your local sorting office ... then us ... we WILL have posted it and told you so already but we do have issues with people paying for an item 2nd class on monday , happy to pay a smaller P&P charge but expecting special delivery performance from RM and coming at us from an aggressive "where is it ?" approach at 7am on wednesday morning and then marking us down for dispatch and P&P charges which is really unfair .
- If they really have lost it , a rare thing at the moment , we refund and then start a claim , customer first on our auctions .
- Non UK buyers , if you pay for standard airmail ... it takes time to get to you , it`s out of our hands , so please , be realistic , the stars are for accurate postal charges and speed of dispatch , we will have communicated with you and usually the item is as described so don`t mark us down for issues out of both of our control , thankyou .
- So that`s instant dispatch , at the right price , properly described , well packaged and with decent comms and the backup of our refund safety net and no sign of any responsibilty dodging on any part of our auctions or policy .... have we missed anything ?? , always happy to get into dialogue about it and we LOVE a bit of praise if we deserve it , it makes it a little more worthwhile as ebay is very hard at the moment .
