Generally we send any sold items the following working day as long as payment is received prior to 9pm - there are very occasional exceptions as we have no back up in an emergency!

We offer no quibble money back guarantee as long as the item is received back in the same condition, complete with bags, tags etc. P+P costs are non-refundable unless we have made an error in your parcel.
