Q - I was selling a t-shirt that had death before dishonour printed on the front but with a different design and this was removed by eBay.

A - Too fast to live to young to die company is commited to the strict enforcements of its trademarks and other intellectual property rights, this means for example No company or individual is permitted to use the DEATH BEFORE DISHONOUR text in any format in the classes 25 clothing thus infringing on INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS even if the sellers tries to discribe the item as something else.

Q- How did too fast to live to young to die determine that my auction offered for sale goods were counterfeit.

A- Due to the nature of Ebay and the internet, this determination was based upon the photographic, title of the auction and the description of the goods that you have provided. if your auction was terminated upon request,we are satisfied  with our determination that the item offred for sale was not authentic.

Q - Why was allowed to list my auction if it violates the law

Q- Why was my auction removed yet other auctions remained on eBay.

A- Due to the nature of ebay, it is impossible to address every auction related to our brand, this how ever, does not mean that because some auctions are not removed because -

1- we have not seem them on ebay

2- because we have not been notfied from other ebay sellers

does not mean these auctions are legimate, it does mean that they are still breaking the law and breaching eBay own policies.

Q- why was i not informed direct from Too fast to live to young die company.

A- In many cases where an individual is offering multiple infringing products for sale then we try to send a WARNING EMAIL.  We do this prior to having the item removed therefore giving the sller the opportunity to remove the auction. If the seller ignores our email we will then file a NOTICE OF CLAIM INFRINGMENT FORM, and ask ebay to remove the item. eBay staff are not trained in trademark / copyright law and they have a legal duty to remove any item once a company has filed a noci form.

Q - Can i use  Too fast to live to young to die company name or any of there brands in my listing title ,even though im not selling  one of your brands.
