Time To Sell Terms & Conditions

For all sales the purchaser must make contact & complete the purchase transaction within 7 days of the auction closing or listing finishing.
Payment
- PayPal will ensure the fastest possible delivery & allows you to pay via credit / debit cards
- Cheques should be made payable to Time To Sell & are only accepted from UK customers. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to be cleared by the bank.
- Cash can be paid but only when the item is collected in person. (GBP only).
- UK Postal Orders are accepted.
- Bank transfers can be arranged on request.
Shipping
Items are dispatched on the next available working day & once all monies due have been received & cleared. All items dispatched have a proof of postage receipt issued by the UK Post Office. I am not responsible for lost items unless recorded delivery insurance has been purchased to cover the shipment. Also if an item is damaged during transit it is the responsibility of the carrier to provide compensation, I will where possible assist you in any claim but cannot be held responsible for the package once it has left my possession. It is always advisable to get appropriate insurance cover for loss or damage.
Postage & Packing
The published UK Post Office costs which are based on size & weight, including all packaging are used to determine postage cost. Added to the postage cost is a packing & packing material fee. I aim to provide a fair service & give customer choice with such options as postal insurance, special delivery, next day delivery, collection in person (FREE), surface mail & others when appropriate.
If you have any queries with regards to P&P or would like to combine multiple purchases please mail me & I will be happy to combine sales to minimise the P&P cost.
International customers should always check the cost of posting to their designated country prior to placing a bid.
Returns Policy
Each item sold will be treated separately with the item listing identifying if returns are accepted.
Items sold on behalf of a third party are sold on a Sold As Seen basis which means that due to time restrictions that not every function of an item prior to listing will have been tested. These items cannot be returned.
An item offered for sale with a return policy must be returned undamaged by the purchaser, to Time To Sell within 7 days of receiving the item. The return postage & packing cost is payable by the purchaser. Please also beware that any original sale eBay, PayPal & P&P fees will be deducted from the refund amount & the refund will be via the method used to purchase the item.
Please remember if things do go wrong with any sale & things are not as they should be when you receive your item please let me know prior to leaving any negative feedback. It does not happen very often, but I will try to help & do all I can to put things right.

The owner or seller of the item is aware & permits Time To Sell to act as a sales agent on their behalf & acknowledges that Time To Sell will facilitate the sale of their goods through eBay, by storing the goods until such time that a sale is completed & then shipping the goods to the purchaser.

The owner or seller acknowledges that they are the legal owner of the item that is for sale.

Time To Sell will give honest descriptions of sale items & will adequately depict the style, condition & image of the sale item at the time of sale. This is achieved by taking reasonable efforts to inspect the sale item prior to sale. This however does not mean that time To Sell offers any kind of warranty or guarantees with regards to the condition or suitability of the item for sale & it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the sale item is fit for purpose.
