 We do not sell bootleg or pirate copies.

In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem with your purchase; Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item stating clearly your item number description and your problem.

Please note: A DVD is rarely faulty. If you are having trouble playing a particular disk it will almost certain to be your player that does not accept the disk.

All DVD offered for sale by iscount DVDShop are genuine licensed copies and are purchased from bona fide wholesalers located in the UK. Most of the DVD are "Region 2" suitable for UK DVD players. Some Movies will have a different region number printed on the cover, but are still suitable to play in UK "Region 2" players. For instance, documentaries, special interest and karaoke will often be region "0" which is a region free PAL format and will play on any DVD player providing the player is compatible with the Pal format

All DVD,s purchased are shipped directly from the UK.

 We use Royal Mail to deliver your parcel.

International parcels are sent by Air Mail

You can receive your item quickly if you complete eBay checkout using Paypal
