CONTACT:  If you need to contact us it is essential that you login to eBay and message us via your item page. This helps us have a record of details relating to your order. If you have already done so, don’t worry we'll be in touch within 48 hours. Just as in your real everyday life, manners are important on the Internet as well so messages all capitalised or containing insults will not be replied to. There are no problems that cannot be solved simply with a return and/or a refund

FREE POSTAGE OFFER: We use a flat rate UK courier to get you your auction at the price you paid rather than profit in postage. Therefore you only benefit by ordering 2 or 3 items by only paying the highest postage. Again that's absolutely no more on additional items paid within three days in the UK. For the free postage deal on immediate payment items: Pay for the items you want in full at the same time and we will rebate quickly after. We use immediate payment on some items to stop timewasters so please time payment for auctions and buy it knows to benefit. Please note: There is a limit of 3 items on your first order with us to make sure your happy with our clothing.

-UK: All our post is collected by courier hence it's best to take advantage of our UK postage offer above as we are charged per order sent out. We generally post by a 48 hour courier either Parcelforce, UPS, Fedex or 1st class recorded. On eBay we list as Parcelforce 48 as this is the most similar to the get-it-fast service we use but this does not mean it was posted by this service. On auction items / free postage items we use the cheapest untracked service available as this passes on the savings to you. Due to space constraints we do not keep proof of postage for untracked mail. If you want tracking please take the responsibility for your order and yourself by requesting a tracked service or accept a refund like a gentleman in the event of loss; it'll be at our financial loss not yours so please do not suggest a clothing shop does not send clothes. That's simply ridiculous. 

-INTERNATIONAL: We do combine and discount postage on worldwide orders though when you make a purchase of £15 or above, we may add a small signed for surcharge of £3.87 to ensure we are both fully covered against any loss, damage & have full tracking on ebay. Postage is by Royal Mail Airmail for low cost items or Royal Mail Airsure for more expensive orders which gives you tracking in your own country.

RETURNS: We doubt you’ll want to return your order but, if you do, we operate quibble-free returns policy. You realise that the online buying of one-off vintage clothing without trying them on sometimes throws up these issues as everyones perception of sizing and quality is different. Therefore we make returns easy! 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we do not need any reasons or, in rare cases, personal abuse. We expect a mature response to an easily solvable situation. On our ebay orders simply click the 'returns' tab next to the order you wish to return under your 'my ebay' and follow the step-by-step process through. The order must be returned the item(s) to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt, stating the item number and PayPal transaction code. The order is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that provides tracking such as Royal Mail Recorded Post [the cheapest]. If they get lost in the post we absolutely cannot refund so this protects us both. We do not refund before return; No online shop or high street shop that would think that is acceptable would they? Please allow 3-5

days to be processed, but 99.9% we refund upon the day of receipt.

Unlike any other seller online from Amazon to Topman we refund the full original p+p costs which is the same, in fact better, as refunding return costs. We do not deduct a relisting fee either.  Important note: We do not refund any further additional costs other than original postage costs. We are only legally obliged to refund the original item costs and, if you are being particularly aggressive, rude or unreasonable we reserve the right to cancel your return as unless stated otherwise as you are purchasing pre-owned goods.

NON-RECEIPT: Absolutely no need to worry! As our courtesy email states; your order was posted the day after payment. If the order isn’t with you let us know via your item page & we'll personally look into it on your behalf. Unfortunately with the decline of royal mail the postman doesn't always leave a note even for recorded post. We're very liberal with refunds even at our complete loss of item & postage. You wouldn’t chargeback / threaten or be unnecessarily aggressive or rude in a shop if you wanted help would you? :)

FEEDBACK: To make sure you are fully happy with your order we wait for the buyer to leave positive feedback. If content your order please leave five star feedback and our system will match it instantly for you. Do not leave neutral or negative feedback without contacting us first. Our feedback is testimony to our honesty and reliability but recently due to too many unnecessary problems with inexperienced eBayers who don't understand the returns policy or read the item condition section about vintage clothing

Our attitude to negative feedback is that it is the equivalent of the rather sad characters you get leaving ridiculous statementson a news comments box or flaming users on a website forum. you know the sort people who dislike facts as they undermine there own lazy defamation based arguments. The sort of ebayers that threaten it are the sort of people who do not read that we are a vintage shop or that they are simply too lazy to return the item for a refund. Unlike our official website just because there happens to be a feature were you can put defamation doesn't mean we are threatened by it. Generally if you are polite and helpful we will refund at our loss if there are postage problems. All negative is removed for us by eBay within two weeks as we're fantastic sellers so just help us help you.
