Update to our payments & postage policy.
Up and coming changes to P&P, Prices, Discounts & Payments:
UK P&P:
eBay is constantly changing. Due to a recent change to "Best Match" on eBays'
search engine, our policy on P&P has changed.
We are now rolling-in inclusive P&P for all UK customers.
How does this change affect you?
Where before the combined P&P on multiple items was originally charged at cost,
i.e. If it cost £2.89 to post, you only paid £2.89, no matter whether you bought
2 or more items, you only paid actual postage. Prices for P&P inclusive items
will now include the associated eBay fees; For UK customers this amounts to
8.65% of the total cost.
International P&P:
For customers outside the UK 9.15% of the listed price. The portion of the price
that represents UK postage is already deducted from the published price.
i.e. If the original price for UK postage was £2 and the original price for
International postage was £5, then the new price for International postage will
be £3, etc.
Prices:
The price that you pay US for our items has NOT changed. The
percentage that goes to eBay HAS.
Discounts:
Previously, we have been able to offer a discount on all combined orders through
P&P discounts. We were more than happy to do this and customers liked having a
discount. With inclusive P&P it is no longer possible to offer a discount. As
much as we would like to, eBay simply don't allow it. Later this year we will be
working with the Best Offer function in an effort to remidy the 2nd item
discount problem.
Payments:
We have also been happy to wait for payment and HOLD items for buyers until they
can make payment. This will also soon be changing. As we can no longer combine
shipping, all payments will be required immediately and via PayPal only. Payment
via Cheques and Postal Orders will soon be discontinued. This means that any
delay in making payment could result in another buyer beating you to the item(s).
We hope that these changes do not have a negative effect on your buying
experience but please note that these changes are eBays and are therefore beyond
our control.

only after payment has cleared. If paying by cheque would you please make

Optional Royal Mail insurance is
available on UK packages for £0.70GBP, without insurance you may not be able to make
a claim for packages lost by Royal Mail, proof of posting is always
obtained. Please contact us before returning any items, any
problems could easily be rectified without any additional cost.

feedback users, otherwise goods will not be dispatched. If you have
unconfirmed address or low/poor feedback email for P&P
before buying. If customers outside the UK do not pay this Royal Mail fee,
their item(s) will not be covered against loss or damage outside the UK. We are not
accountable for any losses, Proof of posting is always obtained.
SELLERS RETURNS POLICY:
Item must be returned within 14 Days of receipt. Return
Policy Details: Packing costs, Optional postage upgrades & Optional
insurance on postage are none refundable. Compatibility of any product is
the purchasers' responsibility, please contact us before bidding or buying
if you have a question. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or
intentional damage to any part of the goods or retail packaging. Warranty
returns should include any original packaging, complete with all
accessories, manuals, fixings etc. Returns for cancelled orders must be
returned at your own cost and in original condition, refunds are dealt
with on an individual basis. We are not directly resposible for delays,
loss or damage caused by the Postal Carrier, we make every effort to
ensure that your package arrives intact and on time. We are not
responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned
merchandise, Recorded delivery is recommended
