Our company was established in 1990. With 19 years of trading and outstanding service behind us you can rest assured that your order with us will be dealt with quickly and professionally.
Based in Suffolk, TheLoudest.com manufactures and distributes premium quality products within the general ar audioand rofessional audiofields. We distribute both directly to customers and to our ever increasing range of trade clients. Such is the nature of the unique way in which we operate; there is no retail shop front and therefore none of the overheads that go with it. This means that we are able to offer fantastic prices, with no huge mark-ups to cover shop running costs.
We may not offer such a wide range of products as other manufacturers. There are many reasons behind this:
- We specialise in the product categories that we offer, we know these categories inside out and therefore are able to introduce new and innovative products that are well thought out and designed for maximum performance.
- We only make and sell quality products. When you use any of TheLoudest.com products you will notice that they will function as described and yet surpass all expectations. This is because every stage of the design, manufacture and distribution process has been planned in detail and completed to the very highest standards. This means you can rest assured that the product you purchase will be of the finest quality.
- A smaller range means we have increased buying power; we source raw materials in enormous quantities. This means we get a better price for them, and so are able to pass great savings onto you.

next working day. Orders to Northern Ireland may take a little longer.

make sure someone is in between 9am and 5.30pm to sign for the delivery.
As a rule, we don't ship outside of the UK. However, sometimes we are
prepared to ship to locations outside of the UK, but do charge for this.

you live and we can quote you on cost and expected lead time.

moment you confirm your order, you can rest assured that it will be our
number one priority to process it quickly and efficiently, ensuring that
it arrives with you on time. To make sure you are constantly up to date
with the status of your order, we keep you informed every step of the

purchase and acts as your receipt.

to double check that the postal address you have specified is correct

What happens when I purchase an item with you?
If paying via Paypal, the following series of events take place:
1. Immediately after you complete checkout, you will receive an email
from PayPal confirming your purchase and acts as your receipt.
2. When a member of our sales team receives your order, it is recorded
and passed on to our packing team. At this point we will email you again
to double check that the postal address you have specified is correct
and to give you an estimation of when the item will be delivered.
3. As soon as your item is in transit we will email you your tracking
number and will be able to give a clear estimation of the delivery day.
If posting payment (via Cheque, Banker's Draft, Cash or Postal Order), the following series
of events take place:
1. You print out the item page.
2. Place your payment with the printed page into an envelope addressed
to us at the address provided. If sending cash, it is advised that you
use special delivery from Royal Mail.
3. As soon as a member of our sales staff receives payment we will email
you to confirm receipt. Please note that cheques may take up to 10 days
to clear.
4. You will be emailed again with your tracking number as soon as your
item is in transit.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
We are prepared to ship outside of the UK, please contact us detailing
the products you are interested in and where you live and we can quote
you on cost and expected time to arrive. Do NOT bid on an item if you
live outside the UK and the item is not available to the UK, unless we
have agreed a delivery price.
What warranty do you offer, and what is your returns policy?
We give a 12 month reasonable use warranty for all our products. After a professional assessment and report made by one of our engineers, we can repair or replace the unit if the unit is faulty and can be covered by our warranty. In this situation, the offer of a refund would also be available.
We will not refund or replace items that have been abused or miss-used. Hence, the warranty strictly excludes damage due to miss-use, abuse or neglect.
If you realise that you have ordered the wrong sized product, or it is unsuitable, please return it to us within 14 days. As long as the item and packaging are complete and in "as sold" perfect condition, we will have no problem with giving you a full refund after deducting our original delivery costs.
The warranty is valid in the UK only.
Do you offer a postage discount if I purchase more than
one item?
Yes, if you purchase more than one item at the same time, you pay delivery
on only one item. The delivery on any additional items is free.
How long do you take to deliver my item?
Please review the delivery details on the particular item you are interested in. Typically, delivery is the next working day if the order is received before 4 pm on a working day. If it has been longer than the time stated
and you haven't received your order, please get in contact with us.
