Unlike many eBay sellers, all purchases from us are fully covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. Over and above that, all our products come with a 14 day 'no quibble' returns policy (see below).
Before you pay, please just send us a note or 'request an invoice' via eBay when you've finished purchasing. We'll then send you an invoice with any applicable combined p&p reductions applied. If you'd like to know how much would apply beforehand, please ask before making any purchases.
Returning an Item:
We hope you're satisfied with any item purchased from us, but if you wish to return an item for any reason you may do so within 14 days of the receipt date - just let us know (email or telephone us). It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser but we will consider the overall condition of the item being returned when making a refund. Delivery charges will be refunded in the event of faulty or incorrect items. We will withhold 20% of the purchase price of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully resaleable. We aim to process returns and issue refunds as promptly as we can - usually within 7 working days.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
We ship all over the world. Let us know what you'd like and we'll send you a quotation. Note not all items can be shipped abroad, and the buyer is responsible for any duties/taxes in the receiving country.
We supply many growers and retailers and are happy to quote for larger quantities of the items we offer.
We try to ship all orders within two working days of cleared payment. We use Royal Mail and various courier services. Your packer will email you when they have finished packing your order and it has been sent for dispatch. You should normally expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days of receiving this Dispatch Note. We are particularly competitive in the north of Scotland where we are able to use many of the local firms, such as Woodys, UPS etc, rather than pay the extortionate national rates for sending goods to our area.
Collection from / Visiting our Warehouse:
We are happy for customers to collect their order, or visit our warehouse, by arrangement. Please see our own website for our full range and pricing.
If you need something in a hurry, please let us know. Most items and orders can be shipped faster or even 'overnight' on payment of the appropriate additional cost.
