WARRANTY & RETURNS

All sales come with a 3 Year warranty unless advertised differently. Marjory of or items or covered by manufactures warranty (i.e. the company that build them), in these case the warranty is with the manufacture

For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.

Package's return because of DOA (Dead on Arrival) must shipped back as the condition we had sent and item(s) must shipped back with delivery postmarked within 7 days after receipt as shown on delivery receipt date. No refund or exchange will be issued after this expiration date. For DOA item, an exchange will be issue for same item. Refund only will be given when exchange is not-applicable.
