Despatch:

Items will be despatched on our next available shipment following receipt of payment. This is usually within 1 to 2 working days. We do not ship items on Saturdays or Sundays. Items paid for by cheque will be despatched on clearance of funds which may take up to 7 working days. 

Courier Delivery- Items where postage is £5.95 or over:

All items over 2 Kilos, or where stated, will be despatched by Parcelforce 48. Parcelforce deliveries are all items where postage is £5.95 or more. Insurance is inclusive in all courier shipments. If Parcelforce are unable to deliver, the package will be left at your nearest local Post Office or returned to your local Parcelforce depot for collection. Parcelforce deliveries are trackable at www.parcelforce.com. Please email sales@reallyusefulmusicco.co.uk or call 01207 236334 if you require a tracking reference number. All parcels must be signed for and cannot be left in gardens, porches or sheds etc. Please note that deliveries are Monday to Friday only. Saturday delivery is possible but will generate additional charges. Please email for current rates.

Postal Insurance:

For UK Royal Mail deliveries we strongly recommend that your item is sent insured and recorded, for which you should add 75p to the total. Insurance on overseas airmail delivery costs an additional £3.50.

Enquiries about your purchase:

Please allow sufficient time for the package to arrive before contacting us. Please remember we despatch orders Monday to Friday only, we do not despatch any items at the weekend. Please email sales@reallyusefulmusicco.co.uk in the event of non-delivery.

When you receive your item:

If there are any problems when you receive your item you must contact us as soon as possible. Items delivered by courier should be opened and inspected immediately on receipt. In the event of transit damage please retain ALL packaging.

Feedback:

Due to our extremely high sales volume our feedback is automated via Ebay Selling Manager Pro. On receipt of your positive feedback our seller account will automatically update your ebay account with positive feedback. Please allow at least 24 hours from leaving your feedback for ebay systems to update.

Returns policy:

Any new item that is faulty will be replaced. If a replacement is unavailable we will refund purchase price plus postage. Non-faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns MUST include all original packaging and documentation. Postage is only refundable on faulty items.

We accept payment by Paypal, Personal Cheque, Postal Orders, Cashiers Check, Credit Card or Debit card. Cheques/POs should be made payable to "RUMC". Please call 01207 236334 during contact hours as shown above to make a card payment. We accept cash only when items are collected in person.

When paying by paypal, please ensure that, if there is a choice of colour or size, your preference is clearly stated in the notes section of your paypal payment

Paying by Cheque or Postal Order:

VERY IMPORTANT: When paying by Cheque, Cash or Postal Order it is VERY IMPORTANT that you include Ebay user ID, email address, item number and exact title description plus your address with payment. Also if you are given a choice of colour or size please include your choice with your payment. We do not accept cash unless you are collecting your item. 

For International transactions we accept only £GBP by Paypal,International Money Order or Cashiers Check. We accept debit cards and most major credit cards. We do not under any circumstances accept personal checks, domestic postal orders, or direct bank transfer.
