 My name is Dave Phillips and I have been dealing in pottery and porcelain for over 10 years. I have also worked in retailing for 40 years so I feel I know the standard of service my customers are looking for.

 I know only too well from my own personal experience that buying quality ceramics off of Ebay does not always live up to expectations.

My aim is to make buying from me no different than from buying from a major high street retailer.

The only customers I want are happy ones, so I guarantee that if anybody is not happy with their purchase for any reason, they may return it to me, and I will give them a full refund including return postage.

I describe all items I sell as accurately as possible and include plenty of good quality photo's in all my listings so that you can see exactly what you are buying.

I aim to fill my shop with an eclectic mix of rare and unusual items that are not often found on Ebay.
