EVERY WEEK there is a selection of quality collectables to view at your leisure, including some quite rare and unusual items, see if you can spot them and grab a bargain!

COMING SOON! : A selection of quality porcelain and glass wares both decorative and for the table. Also a large quantity of specialist equestrian, canine, railway, military history and sporting books. some early Matchbox Lesney, Dinky & Corgi 1950s/60s diecast vehicles and other vintage toy collectables, cigarette cards, postcards, other printed ephemera, sporting memorabilia and militaria.

INVOICING. At close of auction an invoice will be sent, which is accessible from each sold items listing page. Succesful bidders will also receive an email invoice. Overseas buyers and buyers winning multiple lots please wait until invoice is received before submitting payment. With usually many listings ending within a short time slot, it can take several hours for all invoices to be sent. Please be patient, all invoices are sent on day of sale.

PAYMENT. Payment method accepted are PayPal, UK personal cheque, UK postal orders or cash. Currency of payment is GB Pounds Sterling. International Money Orders drawn in GB Pounds are also accepted. No foreign currency cheques whatsoever can be accepted. Cash payments are sent at buyers risk, please use registered mail for all cash payments. Payment is expected with 7 days of auction close. In absence of prior agreement for delayed payment, the ebay non paying process is instigated for payments not received within 10 days of auction close.

SHIPPING. All goods are professionally packed to withstand rigours of the worlds postal systems. Rest assured properly packed fragile items such as glass and porcelain can be safely shipped worldwide with very few problems. Heavy packages are more prone to transit damage. To minimise the risk, most lots offered have a 2kg packed weight limit, which enables most items to be dispatched economically be Royal Mail Small Packet service for overseas shipping. All items are despatched with signature required on delivery. Choice of carrier is at sellers discretion appropriate to nature, size and weight of goods. A postal/carriers receipt is obtained for all goods shipped. Compensation is by carriers limits dependent on shipping method used. Additional insurance is usually offered when invoicing, where carriers compensation is insufficient for value of goods and when carriers compensation specifically excludes fragile goods.

SHIPPING GOODS OUTSIDE UK - Buyers from outside UK must ascertain the full cost of purchase prior to placing bids. Due to high level of claimed non deliveries all goods shipped outside UK will be shipped by a tracked service. Shipping costs for heavy items such as porcelain and books can be considerably more that the actual value of the item. Fragile items will be shipped by AIRMAIL and will NOT be shipped by surface mail. This is because no carrier will compensate for transit damage to items such as glass or porcelain, and I am not prepared to underwrite losses for fragile goods that are in transit for up to 8 weeks. Carriers compensation is limited to total loss only in the event of non delivery by carrier. Buyers from outside UK are also solely liable for all import duties for goods sent to their destination. All goods are exported from UK as merchandise with actual value of goods declared. Additional documents where necessary will also be enclosed. All requests to make untrue statements on customs declarations will be refused.

INSURANCE. In the event of insurance claim for non delivery or damage to goods in transit. Claimants are required to retain all goods and packaging materials until claim is completed. Claimants are required co-operate fully in processing of claim by provision of any information, evidence, return of goods for inspection or any action necessary to substantiate claim.

RETURNS. All intended returns must be notified and authorised by seller before returning. Returns are at buyers expense and refund is for goods only, which is dependent on goods being returned in same condition as originally shipped, i.e. in condition that they can be re-offered for sale. Incase of discrepencies and breakages any original shipping cost paid will be refunded. Please note goods may be security marked before despatch. If returning goods please ensure you return the original items sent!!!!

MY FEEDBACK POLICY is that I leave feedback on completion of a transaction which is when goods have been received by my buyers. On notification of safe arrival by leaving feedback, I will reciprocate. I do not respond to buyers that demand that I leave feedback before they do, I believe that buyers should choose to leave feedback appropriate to the service and goods provided, and is not obligatory, as some demand. All I ask is that if you have any dissatisfaction with the transaction, please notify me before leaving feedback, so that I can do my utmost to resolve any problems. Due to volume of sales feedback is left in bulk aprox. every 14 days to all buyers that have left feedback.

COMMUNICATIONS are the key to a succesful transaction. You are welcome to ask any questions, I'll answer them as soon as I can. Please try not to email close to listings end. Please be patient. I work standard business hours. If you send a message outside these hours, I may not respond until the next working day. Overseas members please also be aware of any time differential between UK and your country when expecting a reply. I may also often be away for several days at a time. Listings are available 24/7 but I don't work 24/7!! If you have not received a response it means I have not yet seen your message, or even received it, or you may have not received the reply. You will often get a quicker and more certain response by using ebays message service rather than sending an email. ebay emails are often caught in spam filters and are frequently not received. If you are expecting a reply, it is often worth checking your email trash folder for any filtered emails that do not reach your inbox.
