Hello and thanks for visiting my About Me page!  I sell mainly ready filled party bags, empty party bags & party bag items together with gifts for adults & children. 

The party bags started off as a hobby since I was a busy working mum, but as from February 2009, this has become my full time job to fit in with school & activities! I always use quality items and I don't bulk the bags with sweets since children can have allergies! 

I am an honest seller who tries to get things right - you will see from my feedback how satisfied my buyers are - and where possible I would prefer to resolve any issue than for negative or neutral feedback to be left.  I have received 2 negative feedback - 1 for an item which did not arrive and the buyer left negative without asking me for proof of postage to make a claim with Royal Mail. The second was for a 20p party bag item that came from my supplier in a sealed bag and this turned out to be faulty. Again, negative feedback was left without any contact and I would have liked to put things right either by replacing with another or allowing a refund exclusive of P&P. I do operate a refund policy (exclusive of postage costs) if any item is found to be faulty or not as described. Any such item should be returned to me within 14 days. If an item arrives damaged, I will forward proof of purchase for matter to be taken up with Royal Mail since Certificate of Posting is always obtained.

I am only human however and mistakes can happen but I will do utmost to put things right if I am given the chance. Susan.
