Hello I am Annette and I am the person behind Sunrise 2 Sunset eBay shop.

I am a textile artist myself in Creative Embroidery and studied it via City and Guilds classes.  I am a tutor teaching Computer & Internet Skills and also Textile Art. Within my classes I often get asked for various products so decided as well as offering this to my students to also offer them for sale via eBay

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONTACT...                                    I am not a physical shop so NO CALLERS  please I am MAIL ORDER ONLY. I can be contacted via messaging in eBay   I DO answer ALL messages but sometimes there may be a delay if it is a day I am teaching.

YOU HAVE                                       UP TO 28 days to pay for items. If buying several items you can request an invoice to get combined postage or if I see an item has not been paid after a few days I will automatically send you an invoice

PAYMENT                                 PayPal is my preferred payment method but will accept cheques & postal orders. If paying by cheque the cheque funds need to clear before I post item. ALSO PLEASE NOTE that from receipt and clearance there could be up to 14 days as I am not near my bank and have to make a special journey to get there and the whole process is slower.....OVERSEAS BUYERS PAYPAL ONLY ACCEPTED.

CHANGE OF MIND                     There has been occasions when someone has committed to buy an item and not paid because they have a change of mind. If this happens to you and you change your mind I respectfully ask you to contact me AS SOON as possible so the item can be re-listed. If you have a change of mind after you receive goods the RETURNS  terms apply and item MUST BE in 're-sale' condition on return to obtain refund and YOU pay the postage to return item to me

POSTAGE                                                                                                        I DO NOT  promise same day dispatch but aim to post AT LEAST 3 times a week and it is usually more than this. This is because I also teach and am out of the house some days from early till late. So depending on when payment is made depends when items are posted.  I send items by 2nd class Royal Mail letter, packet or parcel post and overseas by Air Mail small parcel post. If sales amount to £20 or more I send by sign for, recorded delivery Royal Mail service.  

I am now trying to standardise the postage and I now having a minimum charge of 80p for items then rising according to packing and weight.

Please remember this charge is not just for postal costs but has to also pay for the cost of envelopes and packing materials and a small amount to cover admin and time spent getting to and from post office.  If... I get postage wrong I will make a refund to you.

RETURNS                                                                                                      In becoming a business status I also now offer refunds on items. If for any reason you require a refund please email or send a message via eBay WITHIN 7 DAYS to give me the reasons why. I DO NOT pay for return postage but if item damaged and a replacement is required postage for that will be paid by me. Items to be returned in a 're- sale ' condition.

FEEDBACK                                                                                             I ALWAYS leave feedback and I usually do this after the customer has left feedback for me. This way I know the customer has received item and transaction has completed.    

I TRY  and be as honest and accurate as possible with my listings and try and treat everyone as I too would like to be treated. I hope you enjoy your visit to my shop and........................
