Hi all and welcome to my ABOUT ME page. I know it might seem boring but please take a couple of minutes to read.
All clothes I sell are brand new from major high street retailers and are not seconds or factory rejects. Many of the items I sell have the labels removed, this is a legal requirement to prevent store returns.Occasionally a damaged item may slip through my checking process but if that happens please contact immediately. The clothes that I sell are all hand picked by myself from local warehouses and so I have felt the quality of goods before purchasing.
POSTAGE
If you do not collect from sorting office and item is returned to me I will resend, but this will incur an extra charge for postage before I will post.
Any item offering free postage & package is sent via 2nd class mail, but if you wish to upgrade to 1st class Recorded Delivery there will be a charge of £1.00 per item. Free P & P offer is open to UK addressess only.
Occasionally it has been known for the Royal Mail to lose a parcel and if this happens I will contact the Royal Mail to trace. This cannot be started until the parcel has been missing for 15 days. I know it is a pain but I must wait this length of time before I can issue a refund.
RETURNS POLICY
Please email as soon as possible if you wish to return an item. Items MUST be returned within 14 days. If an item is received out of this timescale or without an email having been sent, it will be returned to you! Refunds will be given LESS postage costs - unless an item is proved to faulty. (We can all make mistakes in the checking process). In this case all postage costs will be refunded.
Please read all measurements given carefully. Underarm to underarm circumfrence is stated on most items, try this against a favourite garment at home to see if item will fit. This is NOT a bust measurement. If further measurements are required please ask.
I do not refund for auction items so please read any description carefully and ask any relevant questions before bidding.
DELIVERY
If paying by Paypal, Bankers Draft or Postal Order I will normally post the item within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Any items posted 1st class normally results in next day delivery, Royal Mail permitting, except at busy times, such as Christmas. I can not guarantee delivery times as once it leaves me the item is in the hands of the Royal Mail. If required urgently please ask for a quote for next day delivery, but this can be a pricey option.
PAYMENTS
I accept Paypal, Postal Order and e-cheques. Please note that e-cheque payments normally take about 2 weeks to clear and under NO circumstances will I post out prior to clearance notification from Paypal.
I DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHEQUES DUE TO PRIOR PROBLEMS WITH DUD CHEQUES AND A BANK THAT CHARGES ME £10 IF THIS HAPPENS.
