to Bluesky Stone Direct. As bulk buyers of natural stone
we have an extensive network of suppliers and contacts
throughout the stone industry. This enables us to source
the finest natural stone from the UK and abroad at competitive
rates.
Our customers include private individuals, builders, self-build developers, property
developers, garden designers, landscape contractors and more…in fact anyone
with a requirement for natural stone in their project.
Opening Hours/Visits:
Mon-Fri from 09.00am to 4.30pm, Saturday by appointment only.
We prefer customers to contact us to make an appointment to visit so that we can show you around and avoid busy periods when we have lorries and fork-lifts operating. We can accomodate most requests if we have sufficient notice.

Delivery costs vary and will be stated within the specific item listing. If you are unsure, please contact us to confirm.
Generally deliveries are undertaken via a third party transport company,
transit times are typically 3 to 4 days for items that are in stock.
Goods are delivered to the nearest convenient access point to your
address. Access issues must be notified to us in advance of a delivery
being made, so that alternative arrangements can be considered.
All deliveries must be signed for.
For large orders, it may be possible to arrange a crane-off load
service if this is needed for your project, please contact us for
details.
Delivery is £60.00 per crate or pallet (unless stated otherwise in the listing) to most UK postcodes,
with the exception of the following:
LD, SA, SY, TD, TR
DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, PA
AB, DD, IV, PH, PA, KW
Belfast
Dublin
Eire
Highland and Channel Islands
These areas will be subject to a surcharge and we will need the
customer to contact us to confirm the costs.

Checking out is very simple, allowing us to extract your exact and correct shipping
information, take payment in a safe and secure environment and also ensure your
item is shipped fast.

There
are 5 steps to receiving your item:

Q: Can you post a sample of the item to me? A: Please refer to the item listing for details of this service.
Q: How accurately is the item represented in the pictures? A: Colour reproduction is as close to the actual colour as the
process allows. Geological variations will occur throughout our
range of
natural materials, this is a characteristic of natural stone. Please
see our feedback from satisfied customers.
Q: What are common access issues? A: The majority of our deliveries are carried
out using a tail-lift vehicle. A pump truck is used to move the
pallets off the vehicle onto a hard standing surface. The pump
truck cannot be manoeuvred on a gravel drive or any form of incline
due the weight of the goods.
The lorry will require suitable access to park, unload on to a
hard standing surface and exit the property. If you need more information
please contact us.
Q: Do I need to be there
to sign for the goods? A: No, but someone over 18 years old will need to be there to sign
for delivery.If you are unable to check your order at the time of delivery, please ensure you sign the paperwork and write the word "UNCHECKED" on the
Q: Can I book a specific delivery date/time? A: The majority of our goods are dispatched on an Economy pallet
service Monday to Friday. Timed or Saturday deliveries are available
but will incur an additional charge. If this is a service you

Q: Can I pay for an item now but have it delivered later? A: Providing we have cleared funds we can arrange delivery for

Q: Do you have a brochure and how can I get a copy? A: We use the internet to showcase our products as this proves to be a more cost effective means of advertising, which enables us to keep our prices very competitive.
Q: Are you VAT registered? A: Yes, a VAT invoice will be issued upon request.
