
Shipping We dispatch all orders within 24 - 48 hours upon receipt of payment Monday - Friday excluding bank and public holidays. We use Royal Mail 1st Class within the UK. For Europe, America and Canada, we use Airmail Standard. Royal Mail aim to deliver UK 1st class within 1-3 working days, EU Airmail delivery within 3-5 working days and USA / Canada Airmail delivery within 5-10 working days. If your purchases don't arrive within this stated time frame, please contact us with your order information so we are can resolve any problems or delays as quickly as possible Payment You can shop and pay for your purchases securely and easily online. Exchanges We're happy for you to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange of a different size/colour. Please follow the procedures: ● Please email us within 7 days from receipt of your item(s) and remember to provide us with your original order number and the size/colour you would like to exchange for. ● We will email you back to let you know if the required size/colour is in stock. We will also provide you with the full returns address. ● Upon receipt of item(s), we will email you to acknowledge receipt. We will inspect the item(s) and send you an exchange. We will email you again to confirm dispatch. ● You are responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) back to us. Faulty / Damaged Item(s) We check all item(s) prior to dispatch for any damage/faults. However, if you have received an item(s) that is damaged or faulty, please follow the exchange procedure.
