My Selling

All my goods are in stock and are described as well as I can, there is no deception, why should I, you, the customer, have the final say so why should I risk my feedback. DVDs etc are all original and genuine, it's not worth your or my time for them not to be. I will leave feedback on receipt of payment, which is the way it should be, you have completed your part of the transaction. In saying this mistakes do happen and I will work with you to try and resolve any problem so please contact me (using the eBay 'Contact the Seller' link) preferably before you do leave feedback

I normally post the next working day from receiving payment (please note I do not post on Saturdays...1) Weekends are time off from posting and 2) I do not like items hanging about in the post. I do obtain Proof of Posting for every item and will insure items or send by 'Special' post if you will pay for that service. Staff in the Post Office are very helpful and they are part of the quick deliveries you are seeing.

Posting is generally by 1st Class Post, heavier items by Parcel Post. I do combine Post and Packing and my charges include post, packing, handling etc.

I do reserve the right to post by the most economical means, unless you wish to pay for specific services (Record/Special delivery)

All my items are genuine....no copies, bootlegs, fakes etc etc...why should you have to put up with it...there are too many on eBay already (although they appear to be working quite hard to remove them)...please do not support them....report them. The main worry that people have is DVDs, all of mine that I offer are those that you would buy in retail shops, please read description as to Regional coding and country of origin. All without country quoted are UK sourced and UK standard (Region 2 or Region 0/PAL).

I also sell a number of craft items, as my wife is a crafter (card making and scrapbooking), so I am aware of the costs involved and try to find bargains to pass on to her and other crafters.

The list just goes on and on (Toys, Corgi cars, Card games, cassettes, CDs, Marine items.....etc....etc). I enjoy eBay and I enjoy adding items to my shop which I hope will interest others. Keep a look out to see what I find on my travels, it may be of interest to you.

Where stated the following apply

Used, but in good condition........Numerous surface scratches but plays fine

Used, but in very good condition......A number of surface scratches

Used, but in very very good condition.....Very few scratches

Used, but excellent condition....As new

Brand NEW, but not sealed.....As it says, some cases are not sealed

Brand NEW, SEALED......As it says, factory sealed

(This refers to the playing face of the disc)

Returns

All cost of returns are to be paid for by the buyer unless the goods are deemed as faulty

Before an item is returned please contact me using the eBay 'Contact the Seller' system, emails sent to my email address may not be answered for a long period

Goods to be returned in the same condition as received, ie sealed, unopenned

Items being returned because of error ordering or changing mind will be credited at 50% of the selling amount less postage costs to cover the cost of re-stocking. Items where post and packing charges are applied the charge made for this will not be refunded

Holidays and such

Here I will let you know when there may be a delay in posting because I'm having some time out. This will normally be for my shop items as I do try not to list auction style if I know I'm going to be busy

20th February....At the Craft and Art Show at Farnbourgh so no posting today

22nd April - 24th April....off to (hopefully) sunny Sidmouth for a few days

4th July....Family day at Salisbury....posting (on the Monday), not affected, but questions may have a delay

5th July.....Southern Stamp Show at Newbury....again posting not affected but answering of questions will be

31st July - 3rd August....Off to Rye with one of the kids, her hubby and two of the grandchildren. Hope the sun shines. Last posting on Thursday 30th July then re-starts Tuesday 4th August. Thank you for your patience and understanding

5th September - 12th September. Weeks holiday in sunny? (hopefully) mid-Wales. Last posting will be approx 12 o'clock, noon, on Thursday 4th September. Normal service resumed on Sunday 13th September with next posting on Monday 14th September. Sorry for any delays, thank you for your understanding

Thing to do buying

My Buying

I like to pay very quickly and in return I do expect a quick service from the seller. I will leave feedback on receipt of the item, providing the seller has left feedback for me. The way I look at it is that I have done my part of the transaction in paying so deserve feedback. If the seller does not leave feedback when he has received the money there must be a reason.

My main interest is The World of Film so hence the number of DVDs I sell. Another interest I have, which has been with me for the past 40 years (or so), is aviation in general. My greatest desire is to have an actual aircraft in my front garden....we can all dream, closest at the moment are propeller blades in my back garden.....but I'm still looking and hoping
