This page aims to give you a little inside knowledge to our business, how we work and what standards we set ourselves in order to give you, our customers, comfort in buying from us.

We are a husband and wife team who are devoted to running our business and working for ourselves. We have a lot of experience to give to our own business and to our customers in order to meet everyones needs.My husband's last job role was a Customer Services Manager and is very experienced in delivering what the customers needs are to the highest standard.

We both have extensive experience in customer service and pride ourselves on giving our customers a first rate service. We commit to fast and efficient delivery whilst ensuring we communicate with our customers throughout the purchasing and delivery process. We pride ourselves on our high standard.

 Our Terms & Conditions - The Small Print

Ø       Payment Timescales - We are relaxed about payment timescales, but the sooner we receive your payment, the sooner we can dispatch your purchase. We will send a courtesy e-mail after a few days if we have heard nothing from you, just to check that everything is OK and that you still wish to proceed with the purchase of the item. We do understand that sometimes payments go missing. If we have heard nothing after 4 days, we will start the process to recover our fees from e-bay, but of course we will keep you informed at each stage.

Ø       Payment - our preferred method of payment is PayPal. But we are also happy to accept payment via the following alternative methods : Personal Cheque and Postal Orders. Please note that we can ONLY accept PayPal from overseas customers in UK£. PayPal is a secure and easy method and will automatically convert the amount for you.

Ø       Postage Timescale - We endeavour to send all items within 2 days of receipt of cleared payment. Please allow 5 days for cheques to clear. Items will only be sent once payment is received and cleared.

 Ø     Postage Method UK  - Our preferred method of postage is Royal Mail standard post. We obtain proof of posting for all parcels sent. If you would like to insure your parcel then please just let me know or check out the Royal Mail website for costs.

Ø       Postage Method non UK - For shipping outside of the UK our standard shipping option is via Royal Mail airmail or for higher value goods International Signed For.

Ø       Please note that our postage costs are based on weight and dimensions of the item and include all packaging materials. We endeavour to take care that your order reaches you in perfect condition.
