Return Policy.

All goods carry a 30-day Return To Base (RTB) warranty from date of despatch.

All returns must be authorised and bear a valid RMA number.

Once we  have been notified you will be issued with an Return Merchandise 
Authorisation (RMA) number, this must be noted on the parcel being returned.

To report a problem, please email us stating your invoice number, date of 
purchase, ebay listing number, product description and a brief description of the
problem. We will issue an RMA number to facilitate return of the products(s).

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return goods. Please ensure the goods are 
well packed for transit back to us.You must use the original packing (or better) 
to return the product(s) back to us. Ensure you use a recorded means of sending 
and clearly write the RMA number on the top. Any unauthorised returns will be rejected. 

If the product(s) have any evidance of tempering or damage your warranty will be 
void and the goods returned to you.Please note we keep a database of serial numbers 
and product identifier which must match if the products need to be returned.

A 20% restocking fee will be appied to items bought in error or found to
be in good working order.

We will do our best to resolve any problems quickly.
