Whats the biggest difference between Dig My T-Shirt and the rest... We stock what we sell so you don't have to wait for delivery!!! Why should you have to wait because a seller orders after you order from them, and their supplier has run out of stock!! Or because they have to wait for a dropshipper to fulfill your order! We stock our items so you dont have to wait!
What we do.... We sell clothing apparel (t-shirts jackets etc), bags and accessories direct to you at fantastically low prices here on eBay and through our website. Dig My T-Shirt is the eBay storefront owned by our family run company S and L Net Resources, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service to back up our fantastically low prices, and encourage our customers to contact us for any reason through the email link below.
Accepted forms of payment -
We prefer you pay through paypal, but also accept postal orders and cheques. Items bought using paypal are usually dispatched within 48 hrs of clearance, payments via postal order are usually dispatched within 48 hrs receipt of the postal order and payments via cheque are usually dispatched within 48 hrs of the cheque clearing.
We will most likely will dispatch your item the next working day from receiving payment, but do require you allow upto 7 days for dispatch. Dispatch information - We use the Royal Mail for our delivery service for 99% of our deliveries, using first class or first class recorded delivery. On occasion we may use a seperate courier service dependant upon the order.
Delivery delays/loss/damage - We understand that in most cases delivery will go unhampered, but on occasion parcels can become delayed, lost or damaged in the post. Should this occur we will work with our customers to try and resolve the matter in the speediest fashion possible and a claim will be made for the items from the delivery agent.
With the Royal Mail 15 working days must pass before an item is officially classed as lost. We ask our customers to bear in mind that most of our packages will not go through the letter box, and in 9/10 cases we find that it is awaiting collection from the local delivery office after an unsuccesful delivery attempt. Returns -
Returns can only be accepted in the condition they were sent, unworn in the case of clothing items with any tags attatched, or as packaged within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Buyers are responsible for the return and any re-delivery postage, and delivery costs from the auction are not refundable. Please, only bid if you understand and accept these conditions.
