About Me - The Skateboard Shop
 

- About Me -

We began selling on eBay in November 2003, and have since sold over 2500 skateboard related items. We aim to sell good quality goods at competitive prices. Unless otherwise stated all our goods are brand new, straight from the distributor.


Shop

We generally sell skateboard related items: bearings, trucks, wheels etc. However, we also deal with folded skate shops and have several times bought all the stock of closed shops. We are registered with many distributors and would be more than happy to order in bulk. Please contact me if you want anything specific.

Generally all our items are brand new, but I will always make it clear if items are damaged or second hand.

Our Web site www.skate.co.uk is regularly changing, but we hope to bring a full eCommerse site in the near future.


Why can we be trusted?

First of all you can check our feedback. Over 3000 comments and 100% positive! If there are ever any problems with your products, they get lost in the post, or you are not happy then we will not ignore you! We will always try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. During the postal strikes (October 2007) over 100 items were delayed, and 15 lost, however we did everything we could to keep our customers informed and happy, and in the end we only received one neutral feedback which was later withdrawn.

We have PowerSeller status which means we abide by eBay's policies and meet a standard set by eBay.

We are a top 25 reviewer! We have spent a lot of time focusing on producing guides and reviews that benefit the eBay community. This should prove that we're not here to con people!

We are PayPal verified which means buyers have more security when making payments.

We have the Square Trade Seal! We meet strict standards which gives our customers the ability to buy with confidence.
