Payment methods: UK Buyers: Paypal, cheque, postal order, bank transfer. Buyers outside of the United Kingdom: Paypal only.

Please pay within 7 days. If payment has not been received within 7 days of auction end and buyer has made no contact, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed.

Postage: Items are despatched after payment by 1st class mail, or Airmail for international items. UK P&P is £1.30 no matter how many items are ordered, as long as all items are paid for together in one payment. International S&H is £1.80.

Returns: Returns are only accepted if items are found to be faulty, within a reasonable amount of time. A replacement of item will be provided upon return of the faulty item, or a refund if no replacement is available. Due to hygiene reasons returns are not accepted for any other reason, however if you are unhappy for any reason, please do contact me to discuss it. Belly bars are not guaranteed against mishandling.

Items must be returned within 7 days of the return being agreed via e-mail. Please include a note of your name and address with the item.

Feedback: Feedback is always left at the end of the transaction, when the buyer has confirmed safe receipt of their item. Please do not e-mail to ask for feedback. Unfortunately due to a recent flood of silly neutrals from bidders who made no contact to discuss problems before feedback, I have had to add in the next bit although it makes me sad to have to do so: If a bidder has made no attempt to rectify problems before feedback, I have no option but to warn other eBayers of the bidder's lack of communication skills. Problems are always resolved as long as I am told about them.

Although handling is kept to a minimum, please sterilise all jewellery before insertion. Pierced & Modified cannot accept responsibility for harm or injury caused by use of these items. All items are safe for the majority of people, and comply with the relevant laws. Please make sure your jewellery is suitable for your piercing.

Dangling belly bars should not be worn while sleeping or bathing, as this puts undue pressure on them.

Pierced & Modified is a legal, fully registered business. We recognise our responsibilities, such as making sure your item gets to you (seller won't accept responsibility for items lost in post? don't buy from them - they're breaking the law. It's the seller's responsibility and noone else's!)
