Please allow at least 7 days for printing & posting of your items. Some printers quote 6 weeks, we will print & post within 7 days.
This does NOT mean they will be delivered in 7 days although this can be the case but not a guarantee.
Please do not order this item and ask for something different to be done. Please email any request first, We will normally get back to you within 24 hours. We can normally accomodate most requests, however special commissions may take time to work out.
EMAIL US and we can print large runs of different text, Company names, function / corporate gifts & children's names for pre-schools etc. We can print using lowercase on special orders, but please note, letters like g & y can drop below the line of the hexagonal pencil printing space.

We do except returns of damaged or mispelled items, but thankfully this is rare.
Before you ask, yes there is a small charge or premium built into the shipping and handling costs this also covers commissions & fees. |
