TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS      ( According to U.K. trading law, it is your responsibility to read, understand and accept them.)

PAYMENTS

• PayPal – goods dispatched same day, if payment cleared before noon Mon-Fri except holidays.
• Postal Orders ( uncrossed )
• Bank Transfers and Bank Drafts depending on your bank ( we use Barclays Bank ) takes 2-5 working days to clear.
• Cash paid over counter into our bank account shows same working day, if paid before end of business day.
• Goods are dispatched immediately for Payments cleared before noon, Mon-Fri.
• If no payment received within seven days Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be filed with e-bay automatically ( this can be still removed if payment reaches us in good time ).

VAT

• VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE @ 15%, we always supply a VAT invoice with goods.
• VAT registration number GB 752 2434 48.

SHIPPING

• All items must be paid in full, funds cleared ( including product price, shipping & handling ) for goods to be dispatched.
• We take extreme care when packaging goods; use plenty of packaging materials to ensure safety of goods in transit.
• If your item is being sent via Courier ( this will be stated in delivery options in the listing , delivery option will show as " Other Courier "  there is a £10 surcharge for deliveries to some post-codes: AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36, IV40, IV52 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41, PH49 to PH50,BT (NORTHERN IRELAND), HS, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man (IM), Channel Islands, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
• This SURCHARGE DOES NOT APPLY TO small items that go to UK postcodes via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery Services, the price you see for Postage and Packaging is the price you pay.
• Please also note, we do NOT send courier items to BFPO addresses.
• Please check your parcel carefully when it arrives.
  In the unlikely event that packaging appears damaged and/or it's obvious that the contents have also been damaged
  please sign as damaged / unchecked.You will need to notify us of any damage within 24 hours othervise we will not be able to claim compensation.
• INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We may be able to send certain items outside UK ( excluding items listed with courier delivery option ), please e-mail us to see if item can be sent abroad, and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. Full address ( including Postal Code ) required for a shipping quote.

• No discounts other than already offered in listing, unless agreed prior to purchase.
• After purchases have been made, we cannot issue discounts as such, so please DO NOT ask.

Warranty

Returns

• We supply all 2nd User equipment with 2 weeks hardware warranty only, unless otherwise specified.
• Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility.
• Removing or tampering with security labels voids warranty.
• Please contact us via e-mail or phone within 14 days of purchase and we will try to help resolve any problems.
• If we cannot remedy, RMA ( Returns Authorization Number ) will be issued via e-mail.
• RMA number needs to be marked clearly on the parcel when returning goods back to us.
• Goods sent back to us will NOT be accepted WITHOUT a valid RMA number.
• We will re-test the items returned to us with valid RMA number.
• Replacement will be sent (at our expense) if goods found to be faulty and replacement available.
• If goods are found to be faulty and no replacement is available, we will issue full refund.
• If customer does not want replacement at this stage, re-stocking of 20% minimum £5 will be applied before refund.
• If goods returned are found not faulty £5 fee for re-testing and shipping fee needs to be paid for goods to be sent back.
• We will withhold a fee of 20% minimum £5, for non-faulty items accepted for return ( shipping non refundable ). This includes items purchased in error, incompatible items, unwanted items etc.
• Items which are sold without warranty for spares, repair etc are non refundable / non returnable.  
• There are no exceptions. Buyer pays for the cost of returning the item, whatever the reason may be.
