Customer Service

Payment
■  UK: We accept PayPal, Cheques, Bank Transfers and Postal Orders or payment on collection
■  International:  We accept PayPal only for international orders
■  Please pay within 7 days or email us if there is going to be a delay

Postage
■  Postage FREE for the whole of the UK
■  Great care is taken in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you
■  Items will be sent within 24 hours, Monday - Saturday (if paying by cheque, please allow extra time)
■  Collection available only by prior arrangement, please contact us to arrange this

Returns & Refunds
■  We want our Buyers to be 100% happy, so we offer a "no-quibble" 14 days return policy
■  Please contact us if you wish to return an item for whatever reason within 7 days of receipt
■  Faulty or incorrect items will receive a full refund or replacement (as you prefer) plus a refund of all postage costs
■  We also accept returns for any other reason if items are sealed/unused condition, Buyer pays return postage costs
■  Items must be returned via traceable means within 14 days of receipt and refund/replacement will be issued after receipt and inspection
