We are making our post and packing charges as near as possible
to the actual postage costs and charge a reasonable amount for

That way you are in charge of how quickly you want an item to be
sent to you and also can choose a cheaper method if speed of delivery
is not as important to you.
Due to the fact that we sell items of different weights we have
noticed that when multiple purchases are made the automatic
calculation by Ebay of additional items is sometimes far too much, we
do issue a refund to the customer if we notice this but please
contact us if you feel that you have been overcharged and if you wish
to make a multiple purchase please contact us before you bid and we
can give you a more accurate price and invoice accordingly.
Also
if you wish to purchase an item that we have not got round to giving
multiple choice of post and packing please contact us before you
place a bid and we will alter as necessary.
Returns:
If it is necessary for you to return a faulty item we will test it
and, if found to be faulty, we will refund all of your Original
Payment plus return 2nd class/airmail postage.
You are also covered by distance selling regulations, which
enables you to return the goods within 7 days of receipt
unopened/unused and we will only refund the purchase price excluding
postage and packing.
In both case you will have to contact us to get a returns number
otherwise you will not be eligible for a refund.
