Software or eBook Piracy
Software piracy is the illegal copying and/or distributing of copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owners. Legally, misinformation and/or good intentions do not justify copyright infringement. Unique Business Solutions takes software piracy seriously. This is why illegal distribution of Unique Business Solutions or subsideries of, ebooks and/or software can be subject to arrest and felony charges with fines of up to 50 000 and prison terms of up to 5 years.
Using pirated copies of Unique Business Solutions or subsideries of, ebooks and/or software can also put at risk the integrity of your PC / Mac system. Users of pirated software or eBooks should be aware of the following possible consequences:
Exposure to viruses;
Incomplete software/eBook or out of date versions;
Defective software;
No documentation and no warranties;
No technical support available for pirated version;
Ineligibility for upgrades offered for original software;
To protect consumers and to safeguard our own rights, Unique Business Solutions and other software/eBook publishers continually monitor the Internet to target auctions or free distribution of unauthorized software / eBooks.

Any
CD's, DVD's, or Video's I offer you can be assured that they are the real
thing and not some rip off copies. I write my own ebooks as well as offer
them for sale, I will offer resell rights where possible so everyone can
have a piece of the pie.
I
normally mail items out within 24 hours of payment as there's nothing
like waiting around for stuff, like queue really, complete hate traps.
I now have set up online payment options with Nochex, Paypal and Fastpay
to make purchasing my items as easy as possible. Here's a summary of my
policies:
- I prefer PayPal payments
- I can ship Internationally (Worldwide) email
me for international costs
- Payment is expected within 4 days of end date to avoid Non-Paying
Bidder filing.
- I will not cancel any transaction without any reasons.
- If paying by NOCHEX, PayPal, or FastPay I will dispatch item as soon
as payment is received
- If paying by cheque, I will dispatch item as soon as cheque clears
- If paying by Postal Order, I will dispatch item as soon as PO arrives
- I don't charge any fees for any payment method
- I will always leave positive feedback after good transactions
- Ebooks delivered via email within 24hrs of sending payment
- Buyer Pays Postage
- Refunds are not given for items lost in carriage unless postal insurance
/ Airsure for international insurance at a standard £4.00
- Refunds are only available for defective items returned and are found
to be defective by us upon examination, they are returned at
buyer's cost for shipping
- Postage costs quoted are for within the UK. International bidders
please email me for postage details
- I can only accept Pound Sterling in currency due to high conversion
costs unless paying by PayPal
