1) Tell me via the ebay message system the date and precise time you want to collect - give the time to the nearest minute (please do not say "any time", or ask for me to specify a time :-)).

2) Wait for the reply that the date and time is acceptable.

3) Try to be there at the time stated - only if you have received confirmation :-).
