The most important points you need to know are:

1) We do combined postage & reimburse if there is any over charge

2) In most circumstances all posting is done on a SATURDAY

3) Please be patient for item to arrive as we have no control over the postal service.

4) We will not send your item(s) to you until you re-confirm your address and that you have read our terms.

THE WAY THE POSTAL SYSTEM WORKS

Your package is dropped off at a pick up point.

1) All UK items will be sent “Recorded Delivery”.

2) All International items will be sent “International signed for”.

Insurance will be charged on all items sold over £30.00.

Items posted in the UK can take up to 4 weeks to arrive and International mail can take up to 8 weeks to arrive so please be patient.  We will be able to provide you with the tracking number.

International buyers are responsible for any Tax / Duty that they may have to pay.

PLEASE NOTE WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT IN POUNDS STIRLING!

We are not responsible for:

1. Problems with the post office.

2. Delays that may occur due to POSTAL STRIKES.

3. Lost / damaged uninsured parcels.

4. If you do not collect your item(s) and it is returned to us, you will have to pay for it to be re-sent back to you.

COMMUNICATION

Both parties have 7 days in which to respond to each other after the auction/ sale has ended.

Please note that we are not always around (for a few days sometimes) which is why we cannot reply straight away or post your item out straight away.

If you have bought / won an auction from us, we may leave generic messages here for you to see.

Normally, we do not get back to the grotto until after 8pm.
